Driving instructor jobs

National company recruiting driving instructor trainees despite economic down turn.

The credit crunch has affected most industries and the driving instructor training industry is no different.

Both BSM (the UK’s biggest driving school) and  RED driving school (3rd biggest in UK) entered periods of administration recently as the cost of becoming a driving instructor meant the take up of new trainees declined dramatically, creating near fatal cash flow issues for both companies.

However, one company are bucking the trend with their unique approach to training and is looking to recruit new trainees across the UK

"With our 30 years’ experience in driver training industry, we have developed a course that puts the customer in the driving seat.” says Graham Lucas, Head of Projects at SmartDriving. He says "Traditionally, to become a driving instructor costs in excess of £2500, but at SmartDriving we have launched out revolutionary new iCourse for just £649 –cheaper than a new TV!”

The course utilises modern training and coaching techniques and is fully tutor supported with online coaching and training classes, seminars, specialist subject Master classes, Question and Answer sessions plus SmartDrving’s list of approved Instructors will assess you before your tests.

Mr Lucas says "You can study over and over again –you can study whatever time you want and at your pace – plus we are so confident with our course will even give you your training fees back if you do not qualify or get offered a position with a driving school after qualification.”
